Christi Black-Davis is a respected business executive, communications advisor, and civic leader. She consults to public agencies, trade associations, businesses, and healthcare organizations, providing expertise in public affairs, marketing, and crisis communications.

After several years in nonprofit management, Christi began her communications career as a co-owner of a Sacramento-based public relations agency. She joined the international marketing agency Ogilvy when it acquired her firm, and later moved to global communications powerhouse Edelman as a managing director. Christi recently retired from Edelman and returned to her entrepreneur roots when she founded the Black Davis Group.

Christi is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Mountain Valley Chapter and currently serves on its board of directors. She has served in leadership roles for several other nonprofit organizations over the years and is honored to join the Stanford Sierra Youth & Families board of directors.
