Hallie Symons is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25+ years of experience providing mental health services to children and adults in Northern California. She joined Stanford Sierra Youth & Families in July 2019 as the Clinical Supervisor in the TSS program and was promoted to Associate Program Director of FIT Citrus Heights three months later. In July 2025, Hallie transitioned to the role of Associate Program Director for FIT Sacramento and was subsequently promoted to Director of Programs at FIT Sacramento.

Hallie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer at a local high school for four years before returning to graduate school for her Master of Counseling. Hallie was licensed in 2007 and has been providing clinical supervision since 2009. She finds great enjoyment and fulfillment in supporting the growth and development of clinical student interns, trainees, and BBS associates in the licensing process.

Hallie is passionate about servant leadership, trauma informed care, the healing power of healthy attachment, and fostering the resilience inherent in every person. She is trained in Cue Centered Therapy (CCT) and TF-CBT trauma treatment models. Outside of work, Hallie enjoys reading, creating art, listening to music, and spending quality time with her husband and two rescue cats.
