With nearly two-decades of healthcare transformation experience, Jaime Mathews serves as VP of Patient Access for Dignity Health. She is an expert in strategy development and planning, holding many positions that sit at the intersection of strategy and operations. In Jaime’s current role she works to improve the patient care experience.

Jaime earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with an emphasis is Marketing. She earned her MBA from the University of California, Davis focused on Strategy and Entrepreneurism. She is Lean and Change Management certified and also received an Emmy award from the San Francisco chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Jaime cares deeply about all aspects of health – including the role of ‘healthy community’ – believing families are the cornerstone. She is particularly passionate about supporting the vulnerable, e.g., children’s issues. Her community volunteerism includes Board and fundraising experience from issues ranging from sustainable childcare to cancer awareness to youth issues.
