Melissa Bass is Vice President of Client Management Operations at VSP Vision, the nation’s first not-for-profit eye health company, where care and compassion have led it’s growth for over 70 years. She leads large-scale client operations, driving strategy, operational excellence, and transformation across systems and teams. Known for translating strategy into scalable outcomes, Melissa has led initiatives that enhance business capabilities, improve efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.

Melissa has served on the Board of Directors for Stanford Sierra Youth & Families since 2022 and is passionate about advancing its mission to build connections and empower youth and families. She is committed to helping ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her family.
