Rhapsody Flores joined Stanford Sierra Youth & Families as Director of Quality Improvement, bringing more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health services. Throughout her career, she has worked in both clinical and leadership roles, helping organizations strengthen programs, improve quality, and build systems that better support the people they serve.

Rhapsody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Health and Human Services from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University.

Rhapsody believes quality improvement is about more than data and compliance. She has a talent for seeing the big picture, breaking complex challenges into manageable pieces, and helping teams develop practical solutions that create meaningful change. She enjoys partnering with others to strengthen systems, improve services, and support positive outcomes for the children, youth, and families served by SSYAF.

Outside of work, Rhapsody enjoys traveling, reading, exploring nature, and visiting Disney parks. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and spoiling her four cats.
