Ria Fae Caldo‑Duque serves as the Controller for Stanford Sierra Youth & Families, where she leads the organization’s finance, accounting, and reporting functions. In her role, she provides strategic and operational leadership over all daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. She collaborates closely with executive and program leaders to strengthen financial literacy, uphold robust internal controls, optimize financial systems, and deliver timely, insightful analysis to support informed decision‑making.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting—including nine years dedicated to nonprofit finance and leadership—Ria Fae brings deep expertise and a commitment to mission‑driven work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Sacramento.

She is passionate about contributing to the continued growth of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families and supporting the communities the organization serves.
