Description

The Clinical Coach provides support to the program staff and management team in training and coaching effective clinical documentation practices in the Wraparound program.  The Clinical Coach maintains a high level of communication with Wraparound employees, Clinical Program Managers, High Fidelity Wraparound Coach, and the Program Director.  The Clinical Coach is a model for staff and is expected to lead by example in the provision of work duties.  The Clinical Coach will demonstrate skills both in the office and in the field for new team members to provide effective learning opportunities for staff.  The Clinical Coach may carry a caseload as needed in the program. 

Qualifications

• LCSW/ASW, LMFT/AMFT, LPCC/APCC
• Demonstrated ability to complete high quality and timely clinical documentation
• Demonstrated ability to provide strength-based and constructive feedback to employees, managers, and program directors
• Ability to maintain high standards of excellence that are objective and consistent with all employees
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent training skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Adhere to all confidentiality requirements
• Verbal and written ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, community partners, consumers and all levels of management
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments effectively

• Ability to use a laptop computer
• Fulfillment of TB test, background check clearance, and any other mandatory Federal/State/County and agency requirements
• Valid California driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance, driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
• Must provide and operate a registered, properly insured automobile

Salary

Hiring Range: $56,000-$59,600
