The Clinical Practice Manager reports to the Associate Program Director and serves as a member of the Wraparound Leadership Team.  In collaboration with the Program Leadership and QI, the Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for implementation, monitoring, modification, and evaluation of the Wraparound Program. The Clinical Practice Manager incorporates data to improve outcomes for youth and families.  The Clinical Practice Manager trains, develops, and supervises new staff, and implements staff training modifications. The Clinical Practice Manager regularly reviews billing and documentation processes, making recommendations for quality improvement whenever possible.  The Clinical Practice Manager supports the Program Director and Associate Director in the refinement of services to better meet organizational, county and family needs. The Clinical Practice Manager supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the agency.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • LCSW/ASW, LMFT/AMFT required, current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in child welfare, juvenile justice, or mental health
  • Experience with Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) preferred
  • One year of full time experience as a clinician, working with youth and families, completing Medi-Cal documentation, creating clinical assessments and reports, and publicly presenting clinical findings, is required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage programs
  • Prepared to work independently with flexible hours that may include evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Proven documentation skills and intermediate level computer skills including all MS Office and Outlook programs
  • Verbal and written ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, community partners, consumers and all levels of management
  • Experience with Evidence Based Practices (EBPs)
  • Adhere to all confidentiality requirements, take initiative, meet or exceed deadlines
  • Experience in non-profit organizations and programs preferred
  • Effective leadership skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments effectively

  • Ability to use a laptop computer
  • Fulfillment of TB test, background check clearance, and any other mandatory State/Federal requirements
  • Valid California driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, can maintain a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
  • Must provide and operate a registered, properly insured automobile
  • Bilingual preferred

Hiring Range: $65,000 – $74,000 annually
