Dr. Linda Howe-Ram (aka Ram) brings over 25 years of leadership and expertise in business management and human services, with a focus on supporting at-risk youth and families. Her experience spans nonprofit organizations, child welfare programs, health and social services, the juvenile justice system, and both K–12 and higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Vocational Education and a Master of Education in Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Gender Equity from Sacramento State, as well as a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from the University of Southern California.

Linda currently works in program development at the Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento (CRH), a nonprofit licensed residential facility providing safe, supportive, and therapeutic care for children, youth, and young adults impacted by abuse, neglect, behavioral health challenges, and trauma. Linda is a dedicated advocate for children, youth, transitional-aged youth (TAY), and families. Her experience and values align with the mission of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families transforming lives by nurturing permanent connections and empowering families to solve challenges together so every young person can thrive.

Linda is a wife and mother of two exceptional adult sons. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending Broadway Sacramento, Music Circus, and Hornet Basketball at Sacramento State.
